Surveys Going Out - Fulfillment Forthcoming!

Hey guys-
We returned from GenCon to some great news. The shipper has scheduled delivery of the games this week with ShipBob (here in Chicago). Once ShipBob has those games, then they can begin sending them out, and getting your copies to you (very late, which we're very sorry for).
So, expect a survey request from BackerKit tomorrow (or today, depending on when you're reading this). Most of you have already filled out the survey, in which case you're fine. However, if you haven't yet, or if you've moved/need to update your delivery address, now is the time. We expect these to start shipping out next week!
In case you're having trouble finding the BackerKit Survey link (the "survey" is just a check on address), here it is:
So, make sure your information is up to date, and we can get you Ironrise. Let us add to that GenCon haul I'm sure so many of you have.
I will also send a message to all backers via Kickstarter on Friday as a reminder.
Thanks for all your support!

Shipment has arrived in the US!

Hi all-
The shipment has made it to the US! It's now in Longbeach or LA, going from warehousing to being trucked to Chicago. We got in ahead of any tariffs, which we're very happy about.
We expect it here (Chicago) in a week or so, which is our distribution hub (via Shipbob). I haven't finalized any of the backerkit surveys yet, because I'm terrified of setting something up incorrectly and not being able to go back on it.
Once Shipbob has the palettes, I'll set the surveys to finalize, and bug everyone to make sure your addresses etc. are up to date. Then, it's mailed out to you, and we will have fulfilled! So the next updates to be posted should be 1) shipment arrived in Chicago, 2) please go finalize your surveys for fulfillment, 3) game copies have been mailed.
Anyone else headed to GenCon this week/weekend?

Logistics update - Shipping from China Soon
over 5 years ago

We have a logistical update which has us very excited. Per the printer (AdMagic), the shipment of games will arrive in the Port of Shenzen on the 8th of July, will make its way to the Port of Long Beach on the 27th of July, and will then arrive in Chicago (where we're sending fulfillment from via ShipBob) early/mid August.
We're currently working with ShipBob to make sure everything is ready to go so that once they receive delivery of Ironrise games, they can turn them right around and begin fulfillment!
Thank you all so much for your patience in this. We're really looking forward to getting this game in your hands.
Game is Printing!

We've finally gotten to it. We received a corrected test copy of Ironrise (we combed through the first copy, sent notes back for some fixes), went through it, and determined everything was as it should be.
So we've given the printer the go-ahead. Ironrise is being printed, and will be shipped to the US to our distributing agent. Once there, the copies will be sent out to all of you.
Just before this happens, we'll remind everyone of the surveys, in case your address has changed (yes, it's been a while), or you haven't yet filled out your backer survey. Nothing for you to do just yet.
It's finally happening!
We also wanted to mention that our friends at World Anvil (where we store and sort all of the narrative background material for Ironrise) have a new product which is complete social experience and campaign manager for Players and Game Masters, and fully integrates with World Anvil’s powerful homebrew platform.
We will update you all hopefully soon when Ironrise ships from the printer. Thanks very much for your patience!

Test Copy has Arrived

Good news - our test/proof copy has arrived! We are very happy with how the game has turned out, and impressed with the quality of the components. Here's a rough/informal unboxing:
We're going to spend a few days combing through the proof, making sure everything reconciles and that there are no manufacturing errors. Then hopefully soon, the final OK - and the full run (2,000 copies) begins.
